Spotted in Sighisoara, Romania - yellow Carrera S

Not normally on this forum but does this yellow Carrera S on a private plate belong to a PH member? Was quite surprised to look out the window and see this backing up near the top of the hill - not a familiar noise and expected something completely different TBH. Hopefully they're doing the Transfagarasan Highway while they're in town.
