991.1 GT3 Market value

Hi I’m not a regular on here just looking for a bit advice. I’m looking at purchasing a 991.1 GT3 in the near future. What’s people’s thoughts on the depreciation of these cars? Will they drop lower than a 100K. They are fetching anywhere from 110k-120k at the moment depending on spec and mileage. Im aware im going to lose a bit of money I just don’t want to do my beans. Thanks
