Hi All,

Many have expressed interest in ordering CF parts for our cars. I have reached out to DB Carbon to see if they can put together a special one off offer for a group order for us.

If interested please post here along with the parts you would like.

DB Carbon are based in Germany and match the weave of the OEM manufacturer. They can provide carbon fibre parts for virtually any plastic interior and exterior parts.

https://shop.db-carbon-interieur.de/epages/6154153...

DISCOUNTS:
- Discount of 15% if less than 10 orders are placed

- Discount of 20% if 10 or more orders are placed.

I am ordering the below for my 3RS:
- NACA ducts
- Front fender vents
- Side Air Intakes
- Front Bumper Air intake Spears

I would love the engine bay cover but it seems quite pricey. If many others want this item perhaps we can try and get a larger discount on this high priced item.

I would also like to be transparent and confirm I am receiving a discount of 23% on my order for facilitating the group buy.

Thank you

Has anyone been able to order the additional CF pieces for their 3RS from their dealer?

Side intakes, fender vents and NACA ducts are the most important for me.

Thanks

I love their stuff from a cosmetic perspective but it is all hand laid on top of the plastic second hand parts so heavier then OEM frown

So I asked my dealer to quote for oem CF parts:
- NACA ducts
- side intakes
- front fender vents

I was shocked that it was £14k. This is truly absurd

If it's only for looks would a good quality vinyl wrap not do the job ??

That's shocking especially when DB Carbon will do all these bits in Carbon for 4000 Euros..

I know Taffy, it is absurd. The NACA ducts just don’t look right in that cheap plastic surrounded by all that CF.

DB do not use actual carbon fibre though. Its obviously a wrap, right?.

Anyway, does look better when new but when, for instance, your new "front air intake bumper spears'' get clouted by a stone it will not look pretty after.

If your fitted parts were real carbon you would then have to have all parts PPF'd. CF is that pricey.

I’m pretty sure certain DB parts are full CF, like the NACA ducts.

Other parts are real cf over the oem plastic. I believe even the oem Porsche fender etc are not solid cf.

I would ppf everything in anycase

Cool,
I have considered it for my white GT3 because against the white it would look awesome. Maybe getting the 992GT3, so is it worth it.?.
