So i noticed a 'burning smell' when exiting the car after a long run the other day. Lifted up the boot, everything looking fine and dry as a bone.
Looking under the car however there was an oil drop ( hanging) on the bottom of the right hand exhaust as per pic.
Anbody any idea's before I investigate further. Cheers

AOS? Have you tried asking on 911uk? You'll get better suggestions than mine there!

The tandem pump is up there. Common problem.

Well the answer is ........ a chamfered vacuum pipe running off of the tandem pump, so baring in mind the pump is 12 years old I had both replaced. Happy days, No oil leak and my servo assisted braking is now back to par
