Does anyone know what options like colour, decals and interior options were available on the GT3 touring? I can’t remember seeing the touring in the Porsche configurator. I have seen some advertised with surprising and also disappointing options. Some look standard Carrera inside.

Decals weren't an option and there was no alcantara on the Touring from memory. Full leather only, which is why you may think it looks a bit Carrera.

Full leather or Technical fabric. Just as in the 911 R.

The interior was a special ‘Touring’ specification which is like a corduroy. However, rest assured, when driving, you don’t give much attention to the interior. The noise, the liveliness, the engine are quite a distraction....

Edit. I’d like to see what the Speedster decals look like on the Touring. Think it would look quite good. No decals offered on Touring on configurator though.

Touring was available in same colours as GT3. When it first came out the standard Touring black interior was the only option...they later added deviated stitching which was over £2k.

Both Whites
Both Blacks
Racing Yellow
Sapphire Blue
GT Silver
Crayon
Lava Orange
Carmen Red
Guards Red
Rhodium Silver
Graphite Blue
Miami Blue

Think that’s all the colours! Shame they didn’t do a special colour for the Touring....given they went a bit retro with the courdroy interior they could have done the same with the exterior.

I absolutely love that Tuthill 911, colour and all..! Its photos of your car that has recently rekindled my long lost love affair with the AC 911..I recently read a Car and Driver driving reviews of the 911T, 991E and 991S from 1972 and afterwards knew that the only AC 911 i'd enjoy actually driving(not just owning) would be a finely fettled version like a Tuthill..
I'm actively looking for one now but i neither have the patience nor money to start from scratch so will have to find a finished one in my ideal spec.

I was looking at GT3 Tourings and the cars for sale look underwhelming for such a special car. There is a white car for sale with lots of add ons like stripes etc but the owner put them on himself. I am not sure if I like that. Most of the cars don't even come with full leather.

I agree. That white car looks average and
personalised for the previous owner.
The specs of most of the tourings out there are very average imo.
Why flip a touring and spec it with standard Carrera seats.madness.
At180 odd grand you can get some amazing metal.

If it’s the Carrara White metallic car at Silverstone with the GT Silver stripes then it is my old car.

It was a high specced car and I added the 911R houndstooth seat inserts and 911R carbon gear lever.

As you have said it is a personal choice but personally I think it looked great and attracted plenty of admiring comments.

Seen a couple dark greens but they're PTS. What other PTS options were there on this car?

Hi JJF I’ve PM’d you on this, happy to share my spec list which will give you most of the detail you’re after.
