If you are going to drive the car, i'd go for the higher miler. The lower milage car is more for the polisher/collector. Both nice cars

I think the higher mileage car was bought from OPC Silverstone a few months ago...the forecourt pictures are from there. It looked in very good condition and was traded in against a 991.2 GT3. IIRC was up for £118k.

The low mileage car is daft money I think you could buy a higher mileage 997.2 GT3 RS for not much more which would be a much better purchase.

Depends what you want. A garage queen. A concours car for shows. A trackday car. A european trip car until you're dead and buried.

The higher mileage car looks superb and with 18m warranty should be a low risk purchase. I am not looking for one but am tempted!

i think as far as 997.1's are concerned id love either of them - perfect colour i wonder if the cost to change of around 30k might tempt someone out of a non RS into the cheaper one...

the more expensive one does seem a little toppy expect its not a stock car for them?

Low mileage car could be a good buy, as others have said the the 145k car is daft money.

Check for accident damage.

Bear in mind that the 997.1 RS is VERY similar to the CS. For £30k less you can have pretty much the same car and the C.S seem to retain thier value well. JZM sold my speed yellow CS a few weeks ago in one day.

Which in turn is very similar to any other 997.1 GT3....

didnt realise it was yours. looked lovely and well optioned and proves that the market is relatively resilient for CS. anything taking it's place?

+1

Didn’t realise that was yours. Speed Yellow really suits 997.1, shame there ain’t many of them.

I only know of two; maybe not a fashionable colour at the time? Strange as there’re many SY 996.2

Ditto. I saw this sell, fast, and smiled, because it's nigh on the same spec as mine, but with a few more miles on the clock then mine now has, for pretty much what I paid. Okay, so it's not appreciated, but neither has it depreciated like a bd.

Anything over £99,999 will cost twice as much to insure on European track days. If that is of no consequence, then the cheaper car still looks reasonably good value. Although as others say, four photos (taken, by the look of it, with a potato at that) does not a six-figure car ad make.

I would put an offer in on the JZM car if it were my money. Love the orange.

Wider rear track and lightweight flywheel are two.

Iirc - wider body shell, wider tyres, lightweight flywheel, plexiglass rear window. Oh and more scaffolding at the rear....
