Hi All, anyone know cost or have had recently done the 6yr service on a 991.1 GT3? I’m looking at likely costs from an OPC.

Thanks

Interesting - the Fixed Price Servicing menu on Porsche UK's website seems to have disappeared frown

When last seen it was £1,095 incl brake fluid and sealant check from OPCs opted in but it has gone missing.

Very cynically yes - they have redesigned the page on the UK page - but its some reference is still there if you go to individual OPC pages.
Where they talk about Fixed Price but that isn't the same as the same fixed price across all OPCs

Poor form, Porsche. Just means you can only find out about this if you ask at your local OPC.

Looking at my OPC, under the Fixed Price section it redirects to Porsche UK where the details are no longer there.

Have Porsche scrapped the Fixed Price Scheme?

Either scrapped it or more likely hiding it - so you only can take advantage if you know about it. Probably more hassle that is was worth and now those participating OPCs can make more profit by raising their prices to the standard retail rate.... still fixed price, at a higher price. lol.

My thoughts exactly! They've only just changed it though to include all optional service items, so it seems odd to completely scrap it.

Cynical indeed. We were only discussing the fiasco of menu servicing (some offering it and others not) in December. I posted a link to the menu servicing in this thread:

https://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&...

The link now just re-directs you to the generic servicing page which tells us sweet FA.

They're not much use if the scheme has been cancelled.

I guess someone needs to ask an OPC service department...

True, but we'll know how much it's gone up. Or down, of course!

Indeed!

If anyone can get the latest prices I have the Cayman/Boxster figures for reference, but not 911s I'm afraid.

I had mine carried out just before xmas,
It was circa £1200 which I thought was a little hefty for mainly just fluids however I got to bomb about in a courtest Cayenne turbo for the day so enjoyed some comfort for once lol

Is there anything done in a ‘Main’ 6-year service different to the ‘Main’ 4-year service?

I can try and dig out the costs I paid in 2018 for a 4-year service if that helps.

6 year is cheaper. 4 year includes plugs for example.

That’s good to hear, my 6-year will be due in July.

Porsche Brooklands still have a price list for servicing which is fairly generic i.e. 911 and Panamera etc.
