Well it's not exactly low mileage, and whilst Midnight blue is a decent enough colour, it has a limited appeal for many.
Where to start on that interior ? The wood is both hideous and a no-no in any aircooled 911, it'll will put many/most off, ditto the ruffled leather, and for many the Marble grey is a Marmite hue.
Add those up and you've got a car that's not going to be easy to shift IMO.

Don't get me wrong, there's nothing that a 12 + month wait and few grand spent with Southbound Motor Trimmers wouldn't sort out, but you're still left with a high mileage 993 Turbo with an exterior colour that many won't particularly like.

The tyres are enough to tutm me off that car, never mind the interior. Ditch finders on a 911 Turbo, no thanks.

Agreed. Interior is easily sorted, although if we are shamelessly plugging then The Trimshop in Bristol would be able to sort that out very easily . Would bring it right in line with what most owners would want / expect.

Thanks for commenting guys.

Barring the exterior, seems like a few cosmetic changes would enhance the value no end it would seem. High miles are OK as long as condition is good and in 10 years, who would care?

A full PPi with a leakdown test will determine if there's any other reason it's cheap.

I think it is probably representative of current market, stuff needs to be priced right to shift. It's too leggy for the collectors so will likely appeal to someone who intends to use it. As long as it is a car you really want and don't care if market falls a bit more it looks decent, giving the wood a coat of body colour or similar would help!

Not sure it would be considered cheap unless the price was a lot closer to £60k

I like the colour.
Not so fond of the wood inside.

Big fan of 993 turbo but for much less money would buy this amazing C2 if looking for a 993 and stick a sports exhaust on and some sports dampers with the savings.

Beautiful launch colour can't understand why still for sale and such very low miles too. Looks time warp.

I'd stick a set of speedlines with weiss gold centres too - look so nice with arena red wink

It costs more than some 991 Turbos. So it's not cheap and the market is softer even than this.

Air-cooled prices are nuts to me, honestly. Look at the bills they generate, while being extremely old-school to drive.

Nice IMI but if you were looking for a Turbo you wouldn't look at this.

I can remember when an Arena Red 993 Turbo was at the top of my wish list I.
Now I think the Turbo looks very dated and the colour even moreso ... to the degree I think I’d rather have a Midnight example.

I "think" I know the car. A friend did all the work on it that is listed in the advert back in 2018 (if it is the same car). Does it show as being on another plate?

True I'd just like someone to hotrod the Adrian Crawford car into something like this very rare Arena RS Touring. Stick a coupe of turbos on it if you like too Ruf style hehe

Yes it looks lovely, but that's still £70k for a 24 year old car. And with miles that low, you'd be scared to drive it, thereby destroying the very premium you've paid in the first place. I would not be surprised if the usual age-related things need doing; suspension bushes, air con evaporator, sound deadening in the doors, speaker units, caliper refurb............. just a guess obviously. I'd either go for a 80k miles example that's been properly looked after, or stretch to something more rare like a C4S or a Turbo. Damn it, an enthusiast with OCD will sell you a mint 120k mile 993 C2 for half that money and you'll actually be able to drive it without fear.

Whether the high miles well looked after 993 turbo or low miles 993 C2 you should always buy on condition but i bet both more reliable than 992 over 3 years 45k miles and probably cost less to run too in term of overall ownership cost!

Yes it strikes me that if you are looking for a 993 Turbo, then condition is paramount.
Good mechanicals and none of those nasty rust areas are far more important than colour or interior.
