Two new 911's to be launched

One is the Targa. Does anybody know if the second is the new GT3?

It looks like it will just be the Targa 4 and Targa 4S?

Looks like potentially two separate models. This suggests the targa and the GT3 in later episode.

Edit to add: looking at the Porsche Newrooms on Instagram it says on the 26th May they will ‘premiere the second of the new models: an exclusive, limited edition that combines modern vehicle technology with design elements of the past.’

Good spot - limited edition in episode 2 with a detail analysis of it again in episode 3? If it's the GT3 it must have a whole load of changes to justify a double programme.

I'm going to say it's not the GT3 but the Turbo mule with the ducktail that was spied at the Nurburgring a few weeks ago: (see 12:50):

Some sort of Sport Classic for the 992, which ties in with the article above talking about heritage etc which applies both to the Targa and a Sport Classic style car.

No idea, I don't know much about it other than the odd mule sighting.

Must be a manual 2WD car if they're playing on the old skool vibe? If so, it could be a lot of fun!

So the second model appears to be the Heritage Targa launched today, and there will be three more Heritage models.

The Turbo bodied car with ducktail must be one of them...

Wow - the heritage targa is 27k more than a targa 4s.

Oh dear. That’s trying too hard for me !

Would rather have this in the same colour scheme...happened to be looking at 356 Roadster’s yesterday and saw this car.

The Heritage Targa is a lovely looking thing but the 4S / extra weight thing kind of turns me off a bit, even though I'd probably never notice 99% of the time. C2 Heritage with manual and a Ducktail, hmmmm, now your talking. Get some houndstooth in it....

Dear God that looks gash, truly awful.

But then again many Germans wear Green trousers with a yellow shirt or something so this is possibly understated in their eyes.

Agreed, completely vile. And do we care about the font?
