Top555 was owned by SCD
Was a little expensive, but now back to normal if you can call paying over £80k normal for a 2006 GT3.
£75k cars imo atm and £69k for comforts with sub 30k miles.
Ashgoods sold their nice one for the right price hence it sold.
makes you wonder what 911V took on their one, as that was a very nice car and up for £79k
most are WAY WAY over priced due to the miles on them hence they sit about for months.
the private one is very nice, no warranty and needs a set of modern tyres though, but I would happy pay £73.5k for it and would if I did not have the cars I had as I have been looking for a 997.1 GT3 not sure if the seller would sell at £73.5k though that's another matter :-)

although I can see quite a few issues with this car even from the pictures which need an answer, and for me I would not buy an action car unseen.
there are enough buyers on these if priced well and the cars clean, so for me personally I would not touch the one at auction as I have to ask why put it on there if it's a good one ?
I would buy cars on CC and in fact bidded on a car, but maybe not a older car out of warranty unless below trade values.

Ashgood seem to sell this age of Gt car regularly, there retail pricing would be a good value indicator. The recent low mileage immaculate white 997 Gt3 which has a great spec was priced at 69k with loads of carbon, leather, buckets, recent major service and nearly a 2 year warranty and passed a independent inspection, which the buyer instructed is a good price indicator.
911r what have you seen which is wrong with the silver 997 Gt3 on collecting cars?
The only thing I can see which looks to be none factory on the red 997 Gt3 top555 are selling are the front bumper grills, apart from that it looks pretty good in the pictures.

You really should ignore my posts as they seem to wind you up something chronic, and I've no idea why. I gave an opinion on the cars posted, and PCCBs can be changed out as you well know.So while you have an opinion it's a fake one, as given the choice you would not buy it.

look closer !!
looks rough, missing paint lacquer rear bumper, issues with headlight washer bashed in ! , been tracked but not set up as a tracked and not cleaned but that was a good give away that its tracked. (trackings not an issue if the cars maintained) but it gives you stuff to follow up on now.
Fronts peppered to hell, Sills scuffed, CC scratched, paint bubbles bonnet catch, Disks are hot spotting prob over headed disks with those RS29 pads pads on track and now maybe need skimming or new ones, they are cracked any way so new disks all round really, wheels need a refurb, needs a set of modern tyres, lacquer coming off wing mirror, over due by a YEAR a major service, so a tracked car with no oil chance for 3 years !!! No condidtion report since 2015 !
That sort of heat abuse would point to the ceramic pucks broken In the calipers imo, you cannot buy these so that would need looking into.
best case ok worst case new calipers ! or might need a rebuild on all 4.
Owner prob taken it to RPM or JZM and they have given a bill est of min £7.5k to get it upto date and clean so he though o well auction it off and not spend 1p on it. that's my best guess why it's on there,
Being a year late on a major service is biggest issue plus the paint and time to fix every thing is just hassle. question of caliper condition also an issue for me.
more miles than the cars we have seen to date, I would not pay over £62k for it myself and you still have a unloved tracked car with 3 years of no oil change and a missing major service !!
but that's just my view on it ;-)
If you like the look , go for it, buyer for every car they say ;-).
cost for the valuation £100 :-)
