Anyone know this distinctive 996?

I like the tartan seats and the ducktail.
The wheels are horrendous and the front bumper is a disaster. It's like a bad cross between a .1 aero bumper and a later bumper and the fit is terrible along the front edge.
I wouldn't say it's particularly cheap for a tiptronic with average miles that looks like it needs a few things putting right.

Unusual to see a Gen 1 car with a Gen 2 GT3 front PU. Not sure why you would choose to do that but each to their own! It's missing the front splitter too by the looks of it.
Someone has either spent a lot of time and effort plastic welding the top half of a .1 PU onto the bottom of a .2 GT3 PU as they aren't interchangeable, or... more likely judging by the poor fitment gaps at the bonnet. It's an aftermarket fibreglass number.EGTE said:
Those wheels look like they could be worth a fair bit. Sell and put on some Fuchs replicas/Braids?
Front bumper looks like that off of a GT3 (£1000 worth), as well.
The fuchs would suit it better I think, but I have an unfulfilled yearning for a sports car on big wide steel wheels unfortunately. Front bumper looks like that off of a GT3 (£1000 worth), as well.
