Warranty changing: 111-point inspection dropped?
Discussion
I've picked up on this on one of the other PH Porsche boards.
If true it seems that the 111-point inspection is no longer required to take out Extended/Approved Warranty and the provisions of the Real Garant insurance policy make it clear that the fitment of non-Porsche parts cannot cause a blanket denial of cover - there has to be a link between the fitment of the non-Porsche part and the fault that is being claimed for.
Sounds, in equal measure, to be (a) long overdue but (b) too good to be true?
