Replacement data label for 996

I'm sure this has been covered before, so please point me towards an old post if so.

I want to source a replacement data label for my 996 C4S - not sure what the correct name for it is, but it's the sticker under the bonnet/hood which lists the VIN/model/paint & trim codes/option codes

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

There was/is somebody on the Boxster 986 Owners Group (or whatever it is called) on Facebook who is able to print up replicas of these. Given that they are just a printed lable, they look exactly the same.

I'm not a member of the group (I don't have a boxster anymore) and so won't be able to tell you who, but it came up on my feed in the last few months so somebody in that group ought to know.
