997.1 GT3 Spacers

Did the 997.1 GT3 come with wheel spacers as standard in the UK ? If so, were they both front and rear and what size?

If someone doesn’t answer quicker I will be removing the wheels on mine for the first time late today/tomorrow to clean/protect arches, so will report back.

Mine had 5mm on the back, but now set up by CG and been changed to the front.

From memory, never noticed any on my 997.1 GT3 CS.

There's nothing at all shown in the parts book either.

FWIW I spoke to RPM Technik, apparently as standard the 997.1 GT3 has 5mm spacers on the rear only.

Looking again for the 997.1 GT3 parts book. There are none shown on the parts diagram, but in the list for rear axle, between items 7 and 8 is this:

997 361 605 90 Spacer ring 5mm

nothing shown for front that I can see.

Mine had 5mm on the rear. My car is a June 2007 maybe they added mid year ??

I’ve had two and both had rear spacers. It was a wheel offset cock up that got corrected.

Never really looked closely. Will pay more attention next time wheel's are off.

Looking at pictures from when I got the side silencer delete sorted, you can actually see the spacer on the rear.

Yes - 5mm rear spacers as standard.

I'm also using 5mm front spacers.

Don't forget to order longer wheel bolts to maintain the thread engagement when using spacers.
