991 lumpy after being parked in the rain

so my car has been outside for a few days in all this inclement weather (normally pampered indoors) and it was decidely lumpy for a few seconds on start up this morning - in fact initially I thought I had a flat battery, Seemed to clear after a few seonds and now good as gold.

Anyone come across this on Pork stored outside?

I think mine is a bit like that too. I usually give it a few secs in loud as hell startup mode and let it calm down a bit before pulling away.
