I have an order in for a cabriolet in Aventurine Green Metalic.
I favour the brown roof. Are there any down sides to the brown roof regarding fading / cleaning etc, thanks in anticipation.

Main downside is it’s brown.

Each to their own, if you really want a Farrow and Ball 911 with a brown tent on the roof, you do you!

Brown roof will work very well if you are pairing with a Truffle interior. Will also work if you go for Black / Mojave Beige interior. But I would avoid it otherwise.

I've seen an Aventurine cabriolet with brown roof before and it looked great.

Brown is fine from a longevity or maintenance perspective.
It looks great with GT silver, l had that combo on a Boxster.

I’d maybe be a bit more cautious with the green, it’s quite dark? I’m not sure there’d be enough contrast?
I think a convertible needs that, unless it’s black/black.

Hopefully that’s some “positive” feedback!

My question was more to do with fading and cleaning, staining etc. I am okay with the choice of the colour.
