911 Turbo purchase

Have had various 911 over the years, looks like I am getting drawn to one again.
previously have had a 996 C4S, 996 Turbo, 997.2 4s PDK.
So what next?
Starting to browse and want the Turbo. However, I am noticing 997.2 and 991 are similar prices at the moment, if anything perhaps 997.2 turbo is more, why is that?
I am out of touch with prices and the market so any advice appreciated.

Can not comment on prices but I have both. If there is parity on price go for the 991. Our 991.2 cost £175k. Our 99 £105k. No comparison in build quality, drivability, interior comfort and pace the 991 better. 997 prettier though IMO. No right or wrong tbh.
