Yes, looks like the cv boot clamp has come off the outer end. Re pack the joint with cv grease, then fit a new clamp. You may need to drop the bottom arm joint to pull the hub away from the shaft to get access to secure a new clamp. If none of the bolts are seized, then it’s around and hours work.
