GTS PDK showing as manual

my 2022 GTS is coming up on insurance or vehicle detail searchs as a manual? it is in fact a automatic PDK

Is this common? or has the supplying OPC made an error?

I always assumed the gearbox typr is on the V5, but it isn't.

I suppose the question is, what do i need to do?

Hi,

I've just checked my V5C and mine (also PDK) is listed as a S-A, so semi-automatic and therefore correct. It also shows the same on car searches etc.

I guess your supplying dealer may have made a mistake when registering the car. Get in touch with DVLA and get it corrected or checked at least.

Right next to the vehicle model, it states:

Model: 911 Carrera GTS S-A.

looks like this is a ball ache, having been passed round various departments at DVLA, now been asked to write to them sending the incorrect V5 back. Lets see how long this takes..
