When the GT3 RS was released the first cars sold where over £400k. Now cars are still not selling at £320k. Where do you think these cars will start selling at if the average cost of builds is £240k?

Is the GT3 RS the ultimate demonstration that the days of mega overs and flippers is over?

Will firm up now the summer is approaching would be my guess, possibly have one for sub 300k come the winter though?

Anyone’s guess really as prices didn’t really work out the way some had hoped here.

Already below 300 mate, falling significantly from release and dreamers thinking they can still sell for more.Good to see you earlier.

Usual story...they start to fall with rumours of the .2 in the wings.

I bought mine for list price and don't flip cars, In general I do not lose money on an RS but I ignore all the frenzy during the new period. The current cars are not rare or limited so no idea why people pay premiums. I expose prices to ease as they did with the 991. Only the truly rare stuff like the 996RS will continue to hold premium value in my view.

I had a uk 996 gt3 and that was rare. The new GT cars are not rare but what other naturally aspirated sports car can you buy or when you get to that price are buyers wanting Ferrari and Lamborghini? Who knows but I think they will start selling when price begins with a 2.
