996 Carrera A shot in the dark
Discussion
Now I know this is a bit of an odd one but I’m wondering if anyone recognises one of my old cars from the pictures and description.
From the outset I do not know the original registration number the plate displayed is mine I have a hankering to get it back … I know I know 🙄
Anyway it was bought in 2004 from Porsche Reading having been reshelled due to damage when being delivered by transporter when new, I had it inspected and with a price adjustment I bought it.
She was a 996 Carrera 2 in Artic Silver with Metropole blue interior and a manual gearbox.
What made it different was from the factory it had the 20mm lowering option gt3 short shift the rear spoiler and the engine power kit, an expensive option at that time any help would be appreciated.
