I decided to bite the bullet and just go for it

So Eibach are it is with rear adjustable toe links by elephant Racing

I am 1 degree 25 mins at the front, so will move to a bit more front camber and perhaps a tad more rear

Good choice on the Eibach adjustable front coffin arms.

Bad choice on the rear toe arms. Cancel them if you can and go with these instead :

(they utilise the Porsche outer end, which you can replace cheaply should you ever need to)
I had pretty much the whole Elephant catalogue on my 996, I wasn’t overly impressed.

If you run the Eibach adjustable arms at max camber you may need a pair of these as well :

BTW I am currently running 1 degree 45 mins at the rear so thinking of moving to

1 degree 50 at the front and 2 at the back for road use

Can I ask why?

What toe are you running front and rear?

Why do you want that much camber for road use?

I run 2.5 rear and 2.0 front, it's mega and will never see the track. Rear toe arms I bought a set of Gravity Performance arms, nice proper ball joint and a sealed bearing inner, great for road use and the price of them is where a simple adjustable arm should be imo (about £160).

I’m also looking at the Eibach lower control arms for my 997.2 S. Looking on the Design 911 site is says the following:

“For the vehicles fitted with Hydraulic bushes (987/981/997 front arms) the central bush can be replaced with a suitable Aftermarket item to accommodate this fitment.”

Suggests the central bush on the front arms will need updating before fitment?

The Eibach arms have arrived and although they talk about being able to grease them "• Fitted with a fully rebuildable balljoint which is greasable too. It can also be preloaded to your desired amount of torque at the balljoint." I am underhwelmed by the quality of the boots, also the two sets I have recieved one was open and has a boot that looks rather sad..

The boots don’t look great, but once installed they’re compressed and fit onto the trunnions better.

Thanks for that. I guess the question is which aftermarket bush is best suited for the Eibachs on the front LCAs?

That is showing that you have got toe out front and rear and positive camber on the front?

Not quite

Negative camber front and rear minor toe out at the front ( to aid turn in and feel, not 'blunt' toe in) and circa normal toe in rear

Yeah sorry, it does say +0.12 rear, just the graphic is also showing -0.12.

I was thinking with 0.12 toe out rear must feel very, ahem...."lively". biggrin

It feels pretty planted at the rear, I think 12 toe in is factory GT3 spec

Be interested to look through some GT3 set ups and see what people run on the road with occasional track use
