Hey All,

I let my well specced crayon 992s go a few months back, got a good price - now have company i4 GC M Sport (head over heart). We also have a Defender HSE D300 Urban, but really missing a 911. So keen to move the Defender on at some point....

Options - And want Jet Black

992.1 Turbo S
992.2 C4 GTS (New)
992.2 Turbo S (wait and will be big ££)

I need 4 seats - but have no chance of a GT3 Touring (yet)

Do I wait it out for a used Turbo S, when new one launches? More will be available end of the summer?

Another question - are there deals to be had on a new C4 GTS

Why do these cars grab us so much!!!!

It sounds like you want a car sooner rather than later, so I'd be tempted to go for the 992.1 Turbo S - way more power than you will ever require and available immediately.

The .2 Turbo S will be mega bucks and imagine you will be waiting over a year to get hold of one.

Forget the 992.2 turbo s, will trade at silly money for a while and nothing has been released as of yet.

992.1 turbo s the way to go, I don’t think the market is going to react well to many hybrid fun cars.

I’m looking for a 992.1 turbo s later in the year, the new hybrid GTS leaves me stone cold. I’d rather grab a bargain and take a 992.1 GTS at £100k than pay used turbo s money for a hybrid GTS - regardless of the performance being similar.

Ta very much for your view, cements where my head is at. I have the feelers out and looking seriously towards the end of the year. My local OPC (and friend/neighbour) has had a few in, but I need to be ready to go. He says a good number always come in to a number of the dealers in the Autumn. There is a cracker in Romans - but always prefer to buy from Porsche - is that weird? Also I am in N.I.

Sorry for thread hijack.

I'm also looking at the 992.1 gts and 992.2 gts, from the comments here it appears the .2 gts hybrid isn't favourable?

What's the rationale?

Cost (~£40k over a lightly soiled 992.1 GTS) and being a bit of a guinea pig for the new tech. That’s my guess anyway,
