It’s been for sale since Jan at OPC and with low miles I can’t seem to see why it’s not sold ?

What am I missing apart from ceramics ?

I find that top end GT3 models do sit at OPCs for some time and are then either moved on to another dealership within the franchise or sold to another OPC. Many are on SOR and just go back to the owners unsold.

Maybe sale or return and the owner feels that it’s worth more than the market wishes to pay?

No PCCB probably rules out half of buyers. Maybe Guards Red isn’t people’s favourite colour on 992 either…I know it’s a popular colour but I much prefer it on older cars.

Would it be better putting the money into a slightly older gt3 ie 2021/22 plate with pccb?

I d agree with that.
When I flicked to the link, my immediate thoughts were the colour, stickers and wing make it a bit loud for many people s tastes, as a road car.

Most of the pccb benefits enhance road use.
