The want I want to order but can’t is now available in the US.

What chance this comes over here? Sadly slim is my guess.

Porsche is explicitly saying this manual 992.2 Carrera S is a North America-only model.

S is the most popular model for them in the US . Everyone here seems to lean towards GTS instead for some reason. Why not the T ? It s a cracking car unless you want to load with options/choices.

Very good reception on my side of the pond. Will cannibalize the T sales obviously. Wonder how it will affect T resale? Not a limited edition.

Think it is an excellent move by Porsche to continue producing MT models.

If it is available in the Euro spec 992’S’, think it could be very desirable.
More refined, with a bit more power, than the ‘T’. And lighter and less complex than the GTS.

Agree that the mainstream market will choose the auto, but nice that Porsche are still serving manual preferences.
