Evening all, just thought I'd give some advice to potential buyers such as myself..

There is a silver S on eBay for sale in Harrow that is listed as mint condition with FSH

my friendly advice is if you are going to view, request the details of the history in advance and get some high res pics of the panel gaps on the near side - it may save you a journey.

Correct, and you're quite right about the eBay name also.... It was probably a good indicator.

I was in two minds whether to travel down (from Leicester) as something didn't feel right at all,
but made the journey and left quite frustrated - the car advertised is not the car for sale.

It is advertised as HPi clear, which is true, but I would say it's more a case of whatever's happened to it
being unrecorded.

If anyone is interested in viewing the car and wants a full lowdown on my experience send me a pm (don't want to leave anyone liable if I post it openly on here, it's just my observations etc)
