A couple quick question regarding the CS option:

1. Is there any way to deactivate the airbags when wearing the 6-point belts?
2. How easy could 4 or 6 point belts be retro fitted into non CS cars (looks like some brackery required on rear bulkhead for the shoulder straps at least).
3. Is CS and PCCB a daft combination, as steels the choice for track work and why go CS if not tracking?

Cheers

1. No. More annoyingly the std belt must be clipped in as well otherwise the seat belt warning light, buzzer, and disabled info function is activated. ( an old buckle does the trick)
2. It is not the brackets that are the issue its the seats. It's very tight behind the seats in a Cayman. You need the LWB seats as the brackets are positioned exactly for cut outs.
3. Not at all. Lower unsprung weight vs maintanibility your choice.
