Good place to start perhaps?

In general, PDK's stick around but PCCB's will at least attracted a few additional buyers. Also depends if it has the carbon buckets and PSE - without those and you'd be looking at the lower end of the price range.

It'll be at least £42k privately, even with the 'wrong' seats and wheels. With the right bits in the right colour, with porsche warranty and the right buyer, could be well over £45k.
It'll need to be bought by somebody who values low mileage though. I sold mine privately in Oct 2014 and I don't reckon I'd have got a better price for it if I'd waited til now. I'm not saying prices have peaked but it'll be interesting to see how they develop in 2016.

I reckon you will be lucky to get £40k private! I sold my late 2011 manual all the right bits and PCM plus warranty with 4k miles in the peak which was summertime with also very few cars for sale at the time for £46k! Although it's winter imo prices have softened over the last 4 months and I cannot see them climbing much in the next 4 months!
WBAC are having a laugh got to be worth £30-32k trade at least!

£39k Easy peasy sale (within a couple days)
Tyre kickers, endless derogatory texts, broken promises etc etc may lead to £42k private sale
Edited to add
To be fair to WBAC, I looked at selling the wife's 2012 cayenne diesel - their simple online bid was within £150 of the best trade bid.

The description of this car is accurate having seen it. It's basically a brand new car with a few thousand miles on it. I reckon this must be the cleanest Spyder in Europe.http://www.911virgin.com/porscheforsale/1040/987Sp...

The car with that accolade was sold on in the summer and it had buckets and was a manual!Be interesting how quickly the Virgin car sells although low miles it is Pdk with sports seats so IMHO £6-7k overpriced !
spec's important. But perhaps not to everyone. After reading the PH forum, it's easy to believe that everyone in the market for a Spyder has exactly the same criteria. Additionally, the winter's notoriously average for shifting and getting the best price for convertibles. As other posters have said; wait a couple of months and prices will firm up again. There's little or no competition at the £40-50K price-point. In any guise, the Spyder is an amazing car.
