Has anyone had a set done? I'll in Yorkshire and need a set refurbing.

I know a lot of places that would do a decent job of a single colour but I'm keen to have everything masked off properly to retain the silver outer and inner parts. If anyone has any recommendations do let me know. I'm willing to travel and am frequently up and down the A1 between Leeds and Cambridge.

http://www.lepsons.com/

They are the best but wrong end of the country for you. However, they do offer a courier collect and redeliver of wheels/tyres with a max 7 day turnaround.

Great website with all details on.

Chris at excel wheels is your man, pick up and drop off, loan wheels given, an absolute wheel geek, no offence meant. There is NO other person I would get to do my wheels (fuchs and 993 split rims). I think lepsons do the work but the convenience of keeping your car on the road is is great plus he is a proper nice chap who only does good work.

Exel did mine - went from black to satin platinum and they were fantastic.
Wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

I'm just about to have my Carerra 2 19's refurbished and colour changed by autodynamics in Sheffield. I had a tour of their facilities and looked at examples of previous work, very impressed. Every step is in house. I'm having the barrel of the wheel in black and the spokes in a bright sparkle silver, they'll do whatever you like though. As a bonus they have a hunter 4 wheel alignment rig so I'm getting that done at the same time with a bit of a discount. Dropping the wheels off tomorrow and collecting next Fri/Sat, my timescales not theirs. I'll pop some pics up.

I had some wheels powder coated recently. You guys say yours are being painted. Is this an either you go for paint or powder coat?
