Check under seat carpets for damp/water ingress.

Seems to be a common problem, have a google.

If water is getting into the car sufficient to cause electrical gremlins you need to get that looked at asap.

As a short term to stopping it getting any worse I would try to get it under cover or under a car cover.

You may have been sitting on the key, I am sure there was a setting that if the unlock button was held down the windows rolled down
