Had a miserable drive home from my first, 3 yr MOT and Warranty Extension, after going through a list of expensive advisories, none of which seemed applicable to a 13k, garaged car? frown

Anyway, cheered up now as reading the list back home, it is for someone else's 25k, 997 Cab Tip, which I assume is nearer 10 yrs old! biggrin

Good job I checked as I was considering offloading it, before it fell apart! getmecoat

But think of the 997 owner who thinks his bill is so under budget he's told his wife she can have new kitchen.

Quite frankly if he was reckless enough to divulge details of his car expenditure/man maths to his OH, he deserves the financial pasting he gets smash

But... have you seen YOUR advisories list yet?

Did they not run through it when you went to collect?

No, coming in the post, but apart from a tyre near the limit, I'm fairly confident there won't be much at 13k miles, that I can't throw a tantrum over and get through warranty?

You should be ok...I had mine done last month. It's just past 50k miles (45k when I got it) so high mileage for its age and mine sailed through the 111 check. Nothing at all. I was a little worried because it's only at that point that I would know if I'd bought a disaster or a good car... Thankfully all good and 2yr warranty in the bag... could've done without dropping £1700+ for the pleasure but it is the Porsche Tax. You gotta pay to play.
