Car trading at £49k
Opc quoting £778 a month, 4 year pcp, £1k deposit.
5k miles per annum.
Seems very high, as does price for the spec.
Appreciate supply is short. What do you think?

Each OPC uses a variety of different finance companies for approved vehicles depending on who the franchise operator is. If it's a Porsche run franchise then they may have less choice.
If you have a top credit history (I.e. 999 on Expedia) I would suggest you ask for the best deal you can and get the salesperson to work the finance companies for it. The finance company may underwrite it by applying a lower rate if you have supporting details. Ultimately, you can use this as a bargaining chip with the dealer to get the deal done.
One other thing to note. It may be worth looking at the balloon payment at the end. The larger the payment, the more you ultimately pay in interest. I'm amazed by the number of people who seem to ignore this and go for the lowest monthly payment as an indicator of value.
