Hi

Trying to decide if I should go ahead and go to Belgium and get a Carnewal exhaust fitted. From what I have researched online, they are well recommended, and I've found a number of youtube videos, which gives some idea but it's not the real thing.

Wanted to know if anyone lived on the south coast (around Brighton) and I could come over to have a listen?

Cheers

I had it done on mine, it was a nice upgrade but more on the subtle side of things.
Loudens up with time. No drone whatsoever.
I had mine done as I was doing a trackday with my mate in his V8V which unsurprisingly, pissed all over the 2.7's exhaust sound
Just don't expect it to be loud like a 996/997 PSE or something as it's not in that class. I still would on that car though. Cheap & a fun day out

There's no drone, and in my view it's brilliant that it's not louder, it just provides a better, deeper sound.
It is louder without doubt, just not significantly louder, maybe 50% on top, where as a 997 with PSE is more like 300%-400% louder

TBH it sounds perfect. Not looking for something mega loud, that's what's been throwing me off a lot of other aftermarket exhausts (other than speedART)

No drone, but when get into the revs it makes a little more of an occasion over the standard setup.
