As per the title, is there a way to find out what your car's full spec is?

A dealer can find out from the VIN. Otherwise you can find out from the VIN by paying a small fee, eg:

There is usually a sticker on the underside of the bonnet (and in front of handbook) with all the option codes. Then google to find a list of what they mean.

No stickers on 981 or 982 series cars, and it's not in the handbook either. I don't know about the 986 or 987 models though.

Another option is PCGB membership I believe you get a certificate confirming spec.

Give the Centre your VIN number and they can give you a list of all fitted options, coding dates of the several ECUs, registration date, warranty expiry, NAV version and some other info.

My doc is headed "Vehicle information", runs to three pages and the (Porsche intranet) url was...

https://ppn.porsche.com/fzgInfo50/handleInfoReques... ="insert full VIN# here"

Ask your local OPC nicely, they should be able to get it just from the registration number but providing the VIN will obviously be more accurate.

If you have the VIN, plug it into

www.vindecoderz.com

to get the options on that specific car.

Not any more apparently

https://www.porscheclubgb.com/membership/membershi...

You can also get these Certs direct from Porsche GB...,or whatever they will replace it with.

Doesn't work for late model Porsches.
