Do you even listen to your PCM/radio/music?

Once, to check it's working. It's surprisingly okay, but really the tyre-roar makes for a very poor concert-hall setting.
The music comes from the flat-six and PSE.
Same same - having gone to the expense of Bose I never listen to it, much preferring the amazing surround sound flat six / PSE sound in our BGTS!The music comes from the flat-six and PSE.
With hindsight wish I’d not gone for the Bose and put the money towards adaptive sports seat plus. Ah well....

I can’t drive without it! But alas, I’m young so playing my music too loud while driving around is my rite of passage.
I mostly play music from my phone through Bluetooth, but do sometimes listen to the radio. Either way, there’s always something playing!
About the same for me although I only just young according to age groups. When really on it I tend to switch of the stereo and open the windows slightly but otherwise its MP3, Bluetooth or DAB. On the subject f Bose does anyone else fell it sounds like loudness is always on? I found SPP and Burmester fine.I mostly play music from my phone through Bluetooth, but do sometimes listen to the radio. Either way, there’s always something playing!

There is a "flat" setting which I use as the bass is woolly, but honestly Bose is poor full stop.I listen to music a fair amount in mine. I just have the basic sound system, I did have the Bose system in a loan car I had for a while and couldn't really tell much difference between the two tbh. Plugging my phone in using CarPlay does make a difference in quality over Bluetooth. Only downside is that the track advance on the steering wheel doesn't work with CarPlay. It's fine over Bluetooth or if the phone is set as an iPod, just doesn't work in CarPlay. Annoying as I like to be able to skip tracks using the wheel.
I love the sound of my 718. It's why I don't listen to music.
I drop the driver's window and open the passenger side by about 6 inches to stop the wind buffeting at speed. The beat of the engine is so distinctive; at low speeds it has this almost loping feel and the exhaust pops and burbles. I go out at night just to mooch around at 30mph and listen.
God I'm sad.

No sadder than the rest of us.... when I flash mine up from cold I’ll frequently get out the car and walk round the back just to listen...... I frequently accelerate briskly in any gear then back off ( the perfectionists out there will tell me it’s not the correct way to drive) - whatever - but the backfire from the exhaust as a result is like a 12 bore going off! I find Bose too bassy in many applications.Like most on here I rarely listen to music in the car.
