718 Cayman GTS Suspension Broken

Been hearing a clunk from the front left suspension since day one of ownership of my 718 Cayman GTS. Finally decided to have a look under the front wheel arches this evening and something (I know not what) seems to be broken.
Right wheel suspension looks like this:

Left looks like this, with something clearly broken:

I guess a visit to the dealer is required. Not impressed after such a short period of time.

Looks Iike they have.
Probably not done any damage as they are designed to simply restrict suspension travel during transportation / when the cars are strapped down but you will have been topping out suspension travel early and dislodged them. You should be able to jack up to release suspension and remove yourself but I would make them trailer it back, give you an apology and a free service and confirmation in writing that everything is OK in case of future problems they may blame on abuse ;-)
Ps I’d also ask them if they bothered doing the PDI at all or just removed the stickers and ticked some boxes to rub it in lol

My OPC told me a story about a chap with a new 997 turbo who complained for some time about it's uncomfortable ride. It had the same problem/mistake. I think he was driving around for months.

Well, I've only done 350 miles so far, but even that embarrasses me. Does the car ride terribly? No. Does it ride as good as my old 981 Boxster S, which also had PASM? I think I was slowly coming to the conclusion that no, it doesn't. Now I know why! Apparently he was a solicitor... I'm presuming it was another opc and not them!

I imagine that Porsche UK have an "import centre", this may be at the docks or it may be at Reading. In my experience (with new BMW's) these transit blocks are removed there rather than at the local OPC's.
The car came in to the country via the port at Sheerness. There's a huge car import compound there that I think most VW Group cars use. As far as I am aware it went straight from there to the dealership. I will have to find out where they should have been removed when it goes in for repair.Thanks for all your replies. Some good ideas there. It's going in on Thursday morning to have these blocks removed and any repair necessary undertaken. Not exactly what I was expecting on Day 27 of ownership...
I've already had profuse apologies from the Service Manager, but it will be my first chance to speak to my OPC Salesman, as he's been off work today and see what he's got to say.

So far, nothing! I am still waiting for the confirmation in writing of their mistake, what they have done to repair, that it's not damaged the car in any way and my compensation. I chased them up late last week about this.
I can't fault the dealer for taking my car in to be fixed within a day of me reporting the issue to them. And so they should have really. Annoyingly I had a 911 Carrera S loan car for the day and all I did was drive in to the office and back. I might have taken the longer route though!
I should also report that the removal of the transport blocks has indeed stopped the clunking noise from the front of the car, so it's a relief to know that that was indeed the problem causing the noise. Now just to complete the running in period...
