looking for some advise on a used cayman 2.7 2006

hello, I'm looking at getting a lower end cayman and have found one, I'm looking for some advise on it as it sounds too cheap this one. its from a car dealer this is the link to it

i haven't seen this in person as its 2 hours from me. this is £8k where as the next cayman is like £12k
now i am in the motor trade but is there anything untoward with these as to why it would be so cheap?
i am also looking at getting a boxster or a cayman but would prefer the cayman. if anyone could advise me on these cars would be much appreciated

It's high-mileage, sounds normal to me? If you can not visit/check the car, get a PPI maybe.

Looks reasonable - usual caveats apply wrt worn out suspension etc..

WBAC suggests its £7,230.

So the pricing is correct I think, you might even haggle a bit?
