They seem to have come down in price recently?

Just ordered 2 x GY F1 A2 265 35 20 at £286 the pair (Oponeo). Check Tyreleader and Camskill too.

Noticed fronts are £126 each. £252 the pair (Camskill).
So £538 for a set delivered, plus fitting. 2 years ago I paid £626 for a set of four F1s (Oponeo).

I just need the rears, to match my F1 fronts which are half worn, so all four F1s should need replacing in another 2 years. Then I may switch to PS4S, but not a good move at present as I'd be throwing my fronts away and paying around £780 for the Michelins. Having said that... they've come down a lot in price too. If I was needing all four I'd consider paying the extra £240 to try them out.

Porsche on a budget...

I think I paid ~£488 for four GY (18"s) from mytyres.co.uk. Massive improvement over the nightmare in the wet factory fitted P-Zeros, of which I still have the two half worn fronts sat in the garage.

Irrespective of price I have found the GY F1s to be one of the subjectively nicest tyres on a variety of cars.

Are these prices for 'N' spec?

I was surprised at how reasonably priced the n rated Goodyear tyres are too.

Yes, all Porsche "N' marked.

Catchpole likes the GY F1s too: https://youtu.be/2MkpTyMNV8E?t=160

Any cracking or other defects on the half worn Pirellis?

If they are defective like my half worn PZero fronts, Pirelli paid for two new Goodyears in 2016.

N1s. Good tip, but I think they fixed the cracking issue on these, perhaps at the expense of wet weather grip..

Costco having just started a deal this month on Goodyears.

I had the debate last month of Pirelli, Goodyear or Michelin. Went Michelin from Costco as they had £75 off a set of four. Been happy with my choice so far. Had Goodyear in the past on another car and found them faultless too.
