Just visited my local OPC and was told that they took delivery of first 718 GTS with particulate filter last week. Apparently it was noticeably quieter than the non filter models. Disappointing but inevitable I guess.

Wait until they get the new GT4s and Spyders - I reckon there will be some disappointed buyers!

Quieter could be a good thing depending on usage and perspective

I was meaning from the perspective of not everyone wants their porsche sounding loud all the time.

If it’s quieter for daily driving but a bit noisier when a bit more spirited action with PSE on then it’s best of all worlds for me

Was at OPC Silverstone last week when a transporter arrived (the first one for a while) full with base model Macans and a few Cayman GTS. The Caymans didn't have enough revs backing down the ramp to hear any difference versus my 2018 Box GTS but I'm not surprised.
