Front parking sensors

Is it something that is necessary on 981, seen a nice Guards Red with just rears ?

I don't have front sensors on my 987 and have never missed them.

I find the camera more useful than fronts, which are only good for parallel parking really, as I reverse onto my drive.

Am I right that, on 981s, if you don't have front & rears you don't get the optical display in the screen?

If all else is good on the car, I wouldn't have thought it is a deal breaker - there are more important options that most people expect.

Correct. Beeps only for just the rears I believe.
