It wouldn’t really save you much money. The part price is around £1000 with 4 hrs labour, having both done at once might save you an hour(or maybe 2) but you would be replacing a £1000 part that may never fail.I’ve had both mine replaced (12 months apart) on around 12k and 18k Miles. The technician I spoke to claimed there were a few bad batches of parts but they hadn’t see any failures on the replacement parts they have fitted, he also implied the design may have changed slightly for the replacements (no idea if this is true or not)
