I have a 18 month old Cayman 718, 12,500 miles. Have noticed that the rear tyres are very close to tread bars. What sort of wear have others had with cars of similar age? The tyres are Pirelli P Zero N1 265/40 R19.
Looks like you have a perfect opportunity to fit some tyres that offer grip now. Michelin PS4S and you'll have a new car, especially when it rains.maidstonelad said:

Same here on GTS with PZ N1 on 20” (motorway miles)
PS4S have transformed the car

Deals at Costco made £750 a set of four seem good value for the 20”, so I ditched the fronts with some life left.
The Goodyear’s are really cheap though, so get a full set of those?

I don't see any 20" tyres on Costco for Porsche. When did you get them fitted?(motorway miles)

Can you get PS4S 19 for the rear with a N rating? I can only see GY asymmetric or Pirelli.
So far I’ve only seen them available in 20”. I’ve been searching for 18”s, GYs are the next best available imo but I’d kill for PS4S... time to buy some 20” rims perhaps...Gassing Station | Boxster/Cayman | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
