986 Carrera had a flat battery

Hi folks
My 1986 Carrera had. A flat battery, so l jump started it ,all fine but as blacked out of the garage
I accidentally touched the wiper stalk .then it cut out and even with slave battery there is no ign no lights nothing .can anybody help
