Vodafone Phone connect

Every time I connect then disconnect my Vodafone Galaxy S9 by Bluetooth to my Porsche Cayman 981 with phone enabled PCM 3.1 I get the message " It looks like you've swapped your. It looks like you've swapped your sim or updated your software" and then a text with new APN settings. I don't put a sim into the car, only connect with Bluetooth. This doesn't happen with my Audi.
