RPM Technik- great experience

I've just spoken to Ollie at RPM Technik to get some advice on a potential GT4 purchase from another dealer, particularly around PCCB.

I've never used them before or spoken to them even but Ollie spent 15 minutes on the phone with me and answered all of questions in a thorough and balanced way.

Just thought I'd share a positive experience - what great customer service, even though I'm not even a paying customer (yet). Based on this alone, I will have no hesitation in using them in future - it seems that the art of great service isn't entirely lost after all.

I've booked my next service with them next month after repeatedly being disappointed by one of their competitors, never used them before but good to hear you had a good experience!

I took my 997 GTS to them after being quoted pretty much what an OPC would charge by one of their local competitors. Also been in discussions with Ollie about a track set up for my 991.2 T3...couldn’t have been more helpful

I dealt with Greig just before Christmas and sold one of my cars to them.

I would highly recommend them also.

I have faith buying from them and allowing them to work on my cars.

Bought my Cayman R from RPM and they have looked after it ever since. I don't think they're particularly cheap but they are always very good and my pre and post sales care has been excellent.

FWIW, I bought my 997.2 C2S from them, 16 months ago, and although I don't think I got a bargain, they were nonetheless polite, helpful and not at all pressured. So far, I'm really happy with it![url]
