Depends if you have a warranty...
ETA: they are pretty easy to change over yourself, but you will need the "official" Porsche one if you have warranty.

I've changed mine over in the 718 with stop start and it still works fine no problem, the only thing you have to do is reset the one touch windows by opening and closing them.I did buy the 'offical' Porsche battery though, with the Porsche part number.
