Restomodding a 987 Cayman

I have a 987 2.7 Cayman that I have owned for quite a long time. It's done 100s of track days without ever complaining and with the exception of the aircon (I need to fit a new condenser) nothing has ever gone wrong. For the past couple of years, I haven't used it much (less than 1500 miles a year) - young kids, a busy-ish job, and a race car mean that I rarely get chance to take it out and if I'm doing a track day I'll now usually take the race car instead.
Getting into it today, I noticed that the headlining has become detached and drooped down. As such, I'll need to repair it and so I got thinking about using black alcantara instead...And then the thoughts escalated. There's no other fun car I am particularly interested in at the moment, the Cayman owes me nothing, so how about spending a bit of money on it, tidying it up a bit, and continuing to enjoy it on the odd occasion when I do finally have some free time.
It already has Cayman R suspension, fancy suspension arms, GT3 MC, and a set of Cobra Nogaro bucket seats, but what else might be worth upgrading to give it a bit of a restomod vibe? I don't mind spending a bit of money on it but it'll never be worth much (it's now covered almost 120k) so I probably need to be a bit sensible. I'm entirely capable of doing most work on it myself with the exception of bodywork and engine rebuilds.
I'm open to ideas!

The obvious one, and it may be a cliche but how about some Fuchs wheels.
