718 Steering Wheel

Hi, just looking to potentially buy a 718 boxster and need some advice on the steering wheel.
I really want the wheel with the multi controls on it i.e. (volume, phone etc) on the wheel so I don’t have to lean over to change the volume take a call etc.
A lot of the cars for sale have the wheel with floppy paddles but no multi function buttons.
Does anyone know if switching from a standard to a multi function wheel is complicated and expensive?

I’d avoid any with ‘floppy’ paddles! 😜
