Cayenne GTS 2009 - Ignition lock Faulty
Discussion
I have the dreaded Ignition lock faulty dash indication. After the the car stopped cranking I fitted a new ignition lock barrel and the car started flawlessly afterwards. Frustratingly the dash code remains on and will not clear with Durametric enthusiast?
Durametric reports open circuit. I have checked Terminal 15 relay under the seat . Also swapped it . The relay clicks. There is a good 12.4V at the relay and and good ground I have verified with a power probe. I am wondering if the diag signal from the relay is not being picked up by the KESSY Driver identification module as the diag signal comes from the relay.
Does anyone know where the KESSY Driver identification module is on a UK 2009 Cayenne ???
I'd like to check if the black Diag signal lead is getting through . Also unplug the KESSY and see if it will reset.
Anyone got any good ideas?
