Should I buy a 955 2003 Cayenne Turbo?

Considering a purchase of one of these - c140k miles, seems to have been well looked after. Propshaft bearing done, metal coolant pipes etc, and decent history.

Make sense to buy one? I see some of them have done galactic (300-400k) mileages with relatively few problems.

Any owners care to comment?
